About this template

About the Coffee & Bakery template

This coffee roaster catalog template reads like a coffee magazine. Rokkitt slab headlines, Cabin text and typewriter notes in Special Elite sit on kraft-colored paper with espresso brown ink and a burnt orange accent, framed by zigzag bag-top edges, roast-day stamps and taped snapshots. Seven covers include one that mimics a bag label with net weight and roast day, a Good morning poster and a magazine issue on 36-hour sourdough, and twenty designed pages follow. Real photography tracks a roast day from the first batch to the first flat white.

Roasters who sell to cafes, grocers and offices can list single origins, house blends, bakery items, brew gear and subscriptions in one wholesale list. Import from Shopify and each coffee lands on a product page with photo, price and variants for bag size and grind, or upload a CSV of your roast list. The feature page holds origin, process, altitude and tasting notes. Share the flipbook with new cafe accounts, and print copies for cupping sessions and trade fairs.

Best for

  • Specialty coffee roasters supplying cafes, delis and offices
  • Roastery-bakeries that sell beans and morning bakes on one wholesale list
  • Coffee subscription brands explaining plans, bag sizes and grind options
  • Brew-gear sellers who pair equipment with recipes and coffees
  • Roasters preparing a seasonal new-crop list for cupping events
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Coffee & Bakery — Size / Spec Guide page

Brew guide with grind sizes and recipes

A grind scale from extra fine to coarse sits above a recipe table with dose, water, ratio and time for espresso, pour-over, French press and cold brew. Cafes use it to train staff, and it helps sell brew gear alongside the beans.

Coffee & Bakery — Care Instructions page

Freshness curve and storage notes

A days-after-roast scale shows when coffee rests, when it peaks and when it is better used for cold brew, with storage rules for beans and for bread. It answers the freshness question that every new buyer asks.

Coffee & Bakery — Featured Product page

Featured roast with a full spec panel

A hero coffee gets roast level, origin, process, altitude, roast days, suggested brew methods and a tasting note, with prices for two bag sizes. Use it for a house espresso, a limited lot or a new seasonal blend.

Coffee & Bakery — How to Order page

Order docket for coffee and bakery

Laid out like a numbered order docket: choose roasts, pick grind and schedule, add bakery items before the afternoon cut-off, and see when it ships. Change the steps to match your roast days and delivery area.

Coffee & Bakery — Event / Launch page

Cupping night invitation

A ticket-style invitation with date, place, a short program and an RSVP line. Run it for a new-crop cupping, a latte art evening or a wholesale open house that turns tasters into accounts.

Tips

What cafes want from a roaster's wholesale list

Give every coffee the same spec line

Cafe buyers compare coffees on origin, process, altitude, roast level and tasting notes, and they want to know whether a coffee is meant for espresso, filter or both. Print those facts in the same order on every product so a head barista can shortlist without asking for samples of everything.

Be specific about roast days and resting

Freshness is the first question. State your roast days, how soon orders ship after roasting, and how long you suggest resting beans before service, since many cafes let espresso rest a week or more. A simple freshness chart sets expectations and cuts complaints about gassy or flat coffee.

Price bag sizes for retail and for the hopper

Cafes buy two ways: large bags for the grinder hopper and small bags to sell on the retail shelf. List both sizes, such as 5 lb or 1 kg for the bar and 12 oz or 250 g for retail, with a suggested shelf price for the small bag.

Include brew recipes

A short recipe table with dose, yield, ratio and time, such as about 1:2 for espresso and 1:15 to 1:17 for filter, gives new accounts a reliable starting point. It also helps you sell grinders, drippers and filters, because each recipe names the gear it uses.

Set clear bakery cut-offs and a delivery radius

Fresh bread and pastry need overnight production, so state the order cut-off for next-morning delivery and how far your vans go. Keep bakery terms separate from coffee shipping terms, since beans can travel by courier and croissants cannot.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Does the Coffee & Bakery kit work for a roaster without a bakery?

Yes. Remove the Morning Bakes chapter and the bakery references, or rename that section for cups, merchandise or gift boxes. Every page is editable, including the order docket, the terms and the brew guide, so the kit can become a coffee-only wholesale list or a retail catalog of beans for home brewers.

Can I show one coffee in several bag sizes and grinds?

Yes. If your store has bag sizes or grinds as variants, product pages can print a variant table with each option and its price. You can also show price, compare-at price and SKU for each product, and add Shopify metafields for details such as process or altitude.

What should a coffee wholesale catalog include?

Each coffee's origin, process, roast level, tasting notes and bag sizes with prices; your roast and dispatch days; minimum order and delivery terms; and brewing guidance. Many roasters add equipment, training or support for new accounts, plus a contact for the wholesale team. Keep prices dated, since green coffee costs change.

How should I describe a coffee's flavor for wholesale buyers?

Use two or three tasting notes a buyer can actually taste in the cup, such as chocolate, cherry or brown sugar, plus a word on body and acidity. Tie them to a brew method, since a coffee that tastes syrupy as espresso may read brighter as filter. Long lists of notes make every coffee sound alike and are hard to confirm on the bar.
