About the Fishing template
This fishing gear order form template sits inside a seven-page set of pale blue-white pages with deep-water teal accents, thin teal rules along the edges and Arvo slab-serif headlines over Cabin and Open Sans. The cover reads Fishing & Tackle, and around the order form the set adds a welcome page, contents, how to order, a divider and a back page. A photo version adds a cover collage, two divider photos and a full-page photo behind the back page, and 12 palettes recolor everything in one step.
Dealers see the range first: Rods & Reels, Lures & Bait, Line & Leaders, Terminal Tackle and Waders & Apparel, each with a page number you can change. Your products follow on grid pages built in the editor, which can show SKU, barcode and price for every item. Send the PDF with the order form for email orders, or share a wholesale flipbook with a minimum order value and quantity rules set by you.

Pages worth a closer look

Dealer order form
The form takes company name, contact, PO number and ship-to address, then a line per item with SKU, description, quantity, unit price and total. Line-by-line entry suits tackle orders made up of many small SKUs, and the footer states your opening and reorder minimums.

Fishing & Tackle cover
Arvo headlines, Fishing in deep navy and & Tackle in teal, on a pale page between thin teal rules, with a 2026 edition line and space for your logo, website and email. Prefer pictures up front? The photo-collage version puts a collage on the cover that you fill with your own shots.

Contents from rods to waders
Rods & Reels, Lures & Bait, Line & Leaders, Terminal Tackle and Waders & Apparel are listed with page numbers. Rename or reorder them for fly fishing, ice fishing or saltwater ranges without touching the layout.

Collection divider
A full-page opener for each section, with a number, the collection name and a short introduction. Use one before every category so dealers can flip straight to line or lures in a thick catalog.
What to list on a fishing gear wholesale order form
Put rod and reel specs in the description
Rods are ordered by length, power, action and number of pieces, and reels by size and gear ratio. Write those in the description or a short code, for example 7 ft medium-heavy fast, two-piece, so a dealer can tell two similar models apart on the form.
List line by test, length and type
Line sells by pound test, spool length and type: mono, fluorocarbon or braid. Give each spool size its own SKU and list bulk spools apart from filler spools, since shops buy bulk for their spooling service and filler spools for the peg.
Size waders and apparel properly
Waders are ordered by body size and foot size, in stockingfoot or bootfoot styles. Show the fit chart on the product page and add size and style columns to the order form so a dealer can build a size run without a separate sheet.
Plan the catalog around the season
In many regions fishing sales peak from the spring opener through summer, with a second wave for ice fishing in the north. Send the catalog early enough for dealers to book, and keep a reorder version ready for midseason, when popular colors and sizes sell through.

Questions about this template
Is there a photo version of the Fishing set?
Yes. The photo edition adds pictures to three pages: a collage on the cover, two photos on the section divider and a full-page photo behind the back page, while the welcome, contents, terms and order form pages are identical in both versions. Use Replace photo to swap in your own on-the-water shots, pick free stock photos, or search product photos by name.
Can dealers see wholesale prices without the public seeing them?
Yes. Share the catalog as a wholesale flipbook with an optional password, so only dealers with the password can open it. The flipbook has a built-in order form, and every link comes with a QR code you can print on a counter card or a show badge.
What information belongs on a fishing tackle wholesale order form?
Dealer and ship-to details, PO number and date, then for each line the SKU, a short description with size, weight or color, quantity, unit price and total. Add subtotal, shipping and your minimums. For lures and soft plastics, a color column saves dealers from writing out long color names.
How far ahead do tackle shops order for the spring season?
Many shops place spring orders in the fall or early winter, often through a pre-book program with delivery in late winter and payment due once the season is underway. Sending your catalog before your booking window opens gives them time to plan, and a reorder edition covers midseason fill-ins.
