About this template

About the Hunting template

Rugged and utilitarian, this hunting supply order form template pairs cream pages with olive drab, a strong olive side band down the edge of the cover, divider and back page, and Oswald Heavy headlines over a plain sans, across a seven-page set. The cover reads Hunting Supply with a product catalog line for 2026. A photo-collage edition dresses the cover, divider and back page in pictures, and 12 palettes recolor the whole set at once.

Sample sections run from optics and archery to camo clothing and blinds and stands, giving dealers a quick map before your product pages. Add those from the editor in grids or line-sheet rows, with size and color variant tables for apparel. Dealers can email the completed form, or order in a wholesale flipbook where you set minimums and tiered volume pricing for larger accounts.

Best for

  • Hunting and outdoor wholesalers selling to independent sporting shops
  • Camo apparel, blind and stand suppliers with seasonal dealer orders
  • Archery and optics distributors who want a printable dealer form
  • Suppliers to farm, feed and outdoor stores with a hunting section
  • Small brands building a first dealer catalog on a budget
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Hunting — Order form page

Printable dealer order form

Company, contact, date, PO number and ship-to fields head the page, followed by lines for SKU, description, quantity, unit price and totals. Dealers can fill it in by hand at a show table and email a scan or photo back to you.

Hunting — Cover page

Cream cover with an olive side band

HUNTING SUPPLY stacked in Oswald Heavy beside a strong side band, with a product catalog year line and your contact details. The heavy type reads clearly across a show floor and recolors with any of the palettes.

Hunting — Contents page

Five-department contents

Five numbered departments with page numbers give dealers a map of the range. The sample names cover optics, archery, camo and blinds; rename them for boots, calls, decoys, knives or whatever you carry.

Hunting — How to order page

How-to-order terms

Three short blocks explain how to send an order, the opening and reorder minimums, and delivery and returns. Add your early-book dates and freight rules here so dealers find every condition on one page.

Tips

Tips for a hunting supply wholesale order form

Add a requested ship date column

Hunting orders are timed to the season, and a dealer booking in spring may want goods in August, not next week. A requested ship date on the form, or separate lines for booked and in-stock items, avoids early deliveries that strain a small shop's cash.

Give camo pattern its own column

Camo apparel is ordered by pattern as well as size. Give pattern its own column next to size so a dealer can order the same jacket in two patterns without writing notes, and use the same pattern names as your product pages.

Print freight rules on the form

Blinds, stands and decoy bags are bulky, and freight can surprise a dealer. State where free freight starts, which items ship by truck and any oversize charges right on the form, so the total a dealer writes down matches the invoice.

Offer a short reorder form mid-season

Once the season opens, dealers reorder fast-moving basics such as gloves, socks, calls and blaze orange. A short reorder form listing only in-stock essentials, sent in late summer, is quicker for them to fill than the full catalog.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I add my own hunting photos to this set?

Yes. Choose the photo-collage version, where the cover carries a collage, the divider a band of photos and the closing page one full-page photo, then use Replace photo on each picture or pick free stock photos. Product photos can also be found by searching a product name. The vector version stays available if you prefer the clean olive look.

Is the Hunting set included in the Free plan?

It is. Every template, this hunting set too, comes with the Free plan, and signing up needs no card. What Free allows depends on your store: Shopify merchants get two catalogs, one per editor (grid and Basic), while sellers without Shopify get a single catalog of up to five pages. Anything made on Free shows a small watermark, and moving up to a paid plan starts at $19.99 a month.

What should a hunting gear wholesale catalog include?

Dealer prices with suggested retail, case packs and size runs, a clear booking calendar, minimums, freight and payment terms, plus the specs buyers compare: insulation and height for boots, magnification for optics, pattern for camo. A size chart and a named rep's contact details round it out.

How do hunting retailers usually place wholesale orders?

Through a mix of early-book orders at winter or spring buying shows and smaller reorders through the season by email, phone or online. That is why a printable order form and an online ordering option work well together: one for the show table, one for the quick reorder.
