About the Furniture Catalog template
This wholesale furniture catalog keeps the design spare so the wood does the talking: warm greige pages, charcoal type, ochre accents, a leaf motif and Poppins throughout. The front cover is numbered like a journal issue (N°12) and names four categories, the band cover doubles as a dealer price list index, and a “Made to last.” poster cover suits a showroom wall. A spec sheet table carries dimensions, seat height, weight and dealer price.
Furniture buyers need hard facts before they give up floor space, and the sample copy supplies them: four- to six-week lead times, a 50% deposit, white-glove freight, damage rules and a floor-sample program. Import your models from Shopify or a CSV, show finishes and upholstery as variants, and the products flow onto white pages. Print the catalog for showroom visits, or share the flipbook so dealers can order between seasons.

Pages worth a closer look

Band cover that doubles as a price list index
The second cover is set up as a dealer price list: the year, five numbered categories from lounge to bedroom, the lead time and the opening minimum. Use it when you send a price-only edition to existing dealers between full catalogs.

Design classic page with full specifications
The featured lounge chair gets a full spec block: dimensions, materials, three finishes, lead time, flat-pack delivery and a 10-year warranty, beside dealer price and suggested retail. It answers what a store buyer would otherwise ask by email.

Spec sheet with dimensions and weights
One table lists every model’s width, depth and height, seat height, weight and dealer price, with a note on flat-pack shipping and assembly. Store planners use it to check room fit and freight, and it prints well as a single reference page.

Floor-sample dealer program
The promo page offers dealers 40% off one floor sample per model each year. Samples matter in furniture because customers want to sit before they buy; edit the terms to match your own display or sample policy.

Deposit, freight and damage terms
Trade terms cover a $1,500 opening order, a 50% deposit with the balance before dispatch, white-glove freight quoted per order and a 48-hour window for damage claims. Clear terms like these speed up first orders from new dealers.
What furniture dealers need from a wholesale catalog
Give complete dimensions in one format
List width, depth and height for every model, plus seat height, arm height and weight for seating, always in the same unit and order. Add packed carton sizes as well: retailers plan delivery and storage around them, and missing figures slow down orders.
Show finishes and fabrics as a clear matrix
Dealers sell options. Show each wood finish and upholstery color as a swatch with a code, say which models it applies to, and note surcharges for premium fabrics or customer’s own material. A variant table keeps it to one product instead of twelve.
Be honest about lead times
Made-to-order furniture depends on delivery promises. Quote lead times per model or finish, say whether they start at deposit or at confirmation, and update them when the workshop is busy. Retailers pass these dates straight on to waiting customers.
Explain freight and assembly up front
Large pieces mean costly freight. State whether items ship flat-packed or assembled, the delivery method (parcel, LTL pallet or white-glove), any free-freight threshold and how long assembly takes. Surprises on delivery day are what strain dealer relationships.
List the showroom support you offer
Retailers sell more easily what customers can touch. Offer floor samples at a discount, fabric swatch cards and lifestyle photos for their website, and list them in the catalog so dealers know what comes with an account.

Questions about this template
Can the furniture catalog show dimensions, finishes and lead times for each model?
Yes. Dimensions and lead times can go in the description or in Shopify metafields, and finishes or fabrics can be variants shown in a variant table. The spec sheet page is an editable table for comparing models, and the featured page has room for a full specification block.
Can I show dealer prices next to suggested retail prices?
Yes. Keep the suggested retail price as the product price and show the dealer price as the discount price with the Discount & Tax tool, or print a retail price stored in a Shopify metafield or the description; the sample pages already pair dealer and suggested retail. The same tool handles ex-VAT pricing and a currency multiplier, and the Unlimited plan imports Shopify B2B catalogs with their price lists.
Do furniture retailers expect territory or minimum advertised price rules?
Many ask about them. Some brands protect dealers with territory agreements or a minimum advertised price policy, which limits how low a product can be advertised. If you have such rules, state them on the trade terms page so new dealers know before they order.
How often should a furniture brand update its dealer price list?
Once a year is common, with a dated price list so dealers know which version applies. Give 30 to 60 days’ notice before increases, and honor confirmed orders at the price they were placed. A dated cover, like the ones in this template, avoids confusion.
