About the Halloween Sale template
This Halloween sale catalog template is the darkest of the holiday sale designs: near-black aubergine pages, cream text and pumpkin orange accents, with a pale full moon and flying bats on the front cover above an arched photo of glowing jack-o'-lanterns. Shrikhand, a heavy retro display face, sets the headlines over Poppins text. Even the product pages stay dark, with cream-framed photos and prices in orange.
Sample copy for a fictional candle and curiosities shop covers lanterns, taper candles, apothecary bottles and porch decor, with a welcome letter that promises four selling weekends to stores ordering by October 3. Import your range and it fills the dark product pages with photo, name, SKU, trade price and, on sale lines, the regular price struck through. Share the flipbook in September, while buyers are still filling gaps in their October displays.

Pages worth a closer look

Stockist letter with selling-weekend math
A ceramic jack-o'-lantern between two candles illustrates a short letter about October being the busiest month. Below it, three figures sum up the deal: a 35% top trade tier, the October 3 order-by date and 48-hour reorders until the 24th.

Treats for your margins tier page
The discount climbs in three bars, from 15% off at $200 to 25% at $400 and 35% plus free freight at $1,000, the last one in pumpkin orange. The code and dates sit in a pill above a photo of carved pumpkin faces glowing in the dark.

Featured lantern on a dark page
A photo of pumpkins and white pillar candles on a step heads the page, marked with an orange Up to 35% seal. Below come trade price, recommended retail price, case of six and three bullets for the stoneware, the included LED candle and the gift box.

Calendar planned around October stock
September 22, October 3 and October 24 fill the three tiles: sale opens, last order for full-month stock, last reorder shipped. A still life of red fruit on old books beside a brass pot sits above a promise of 48-hour reorder dispatch.
How to sell Halloween stock to retailers
Land stock in time for four weekends
Halloween decor starts selling in mid-September, and most of it moves over the weekends before October 31. A store that has stock by early October gets four selling weekends, while one that orders late may get only two. Put your order-by date on the cover and the welcome page, and explain what it buys in selling time.
Promise fast reorders, not just a discount
Popular candles and lanterns often sell out by mid-October, and a store that cannot restock loses the sale. If you can, commit to a reorder dispatch time, such as 48 hours, and a last reorder date. That promise lets a buyer start with a smaller first order, which makes a new account easier to open.
Give candle buyers the details they need
List wax type, burn time, dimensions, scented or unscented, and whether a candle is safe for outdoor use. Many stores prefer LED versions for porches and children's parties, so show them beside the flame versions and note the battery type and whether batteries are included.
Choose lines that work after October 31
Unsold ghosts and skulls are hard to move on November 1, but candles, lanterns, apothecary bottles and moody tabletop pieces carry into fall and winter. Buyers order deeper when a line can stay on the shelf, so mark which pieces are Halloween-only and which work all season.
Proof dark pages before printing
Large areas of near-black use a lot of ink and can look flat or show scuffs. If you print this catalog, export the CMYK Print professional PDF with bleed, order one proof on the paper you plan to use, and check that small cream text stays sharp. The online flipbook needs no such checks.

Questions about this template
Does the Halloween Sale template have dark product pages too?
Yes. Its product pages keep the near-black background, with cream frames around the photos and prices in pumpkin orange, so the whole catalog reads as one piece. Colors are fully editable if you would rather print on light pages, and product styling can be applied to one product, one page or the whole catalog.
Can I keep the Halloween trade prices for stockists only?
Yes. Share the wholesale flipbook with an optional password so only approved stockists see trade prices, and put the link's QR code on the contact page. Orders from the built-in order form arrive by email and in the app, and a minimum order value keeps first orders in line with your terms.
When do retailers buy Halloween stock?
Main Halloween ranges are usually bought months ahead, often at summer trade shows, and arrive in stores from late August. Fill-in and reorder buying happens in September and early October, which is when a trade sale like this one is useful. After mid-October, only lines that ship within days are worth promoting.
How many products per page suit a Halloween decor line sheet?
Decor is bought on looks, so give each item a good-sized photo. A 3×3 grid, as in the preview, fits nine products with SKU and price on one page. Use a 2×2 grid or the featured product page for hero pieces such as lamps and lanterns, and 4×5 grids for small fillers like candles or keys.
