About the Perfume & Fragrance template
This perfume catalog template is designed like a Paris atelier's annual edition. Adamina serif headlines and Raleway text sit on stone and ivory pages with amber accents, and a flacon motif recurs through the layouts. Beyond its seven covers there are twenty art-directed pages plus product and mosaic layouts styled to match, and the covers range from a framed concentration chart to a magazine dossier on wearing an extrait.
The demo text describes an imaginary Paris maison with five collections (Extraits, Eaux de Parfum, Eaux de Cologne, Discovery & Travel, and Refills & Gifts), priced in euros. Replace it with your own house and import your fragrances; each lands on a product page with its concentration, size, price and a Shop now button. Share the retail flipbook online, or print a numbered edition for your boutique and press days.

- Independent and niche perfume houses with a small, curated range
- Fragrance boutiques that offer consultations or discovery sets
- Brands with refill programs and several bottle sizes
- Perfumers launching a new composition with a launch evening
- Retailers who sell perfume by concentration and scent family
Pages worth a closer look

Concentration and wear guide
A table compares eau de cologne, eau de toilette, eau de parfum and extrait by perfume oil percentage, typical wear time and available sizes, followed by bottle sizes and a notes timeline. It answers the questions shoppers usually ask at the counter.

Featured perfume with its olfactory pyramid
A signature fragrance takes the whole page, with price, size and concentration, a short description and its top, heart and base notes, plus the refill price. Use it for your house scent or a new launch.

Raw materials lookbook
Instead of bottles, the lookbook shows what goes into them: vanilla, star anise, bergamot, orange peel and benzoin. Ingredient photography gives readers a way to imagine a scent before they can smell it.

Refill week promotion
A promo page offers a discount on refills, with the boutique and online options explained side by side. It suits houses that want to move loyal customers from new bottles to refills of the scents they already wear.
What to include in a perfume catalog
Describe scents with notes and a mood
Readers cannot smell paper, so give each fragrance its top, heart and base notes, a family such as woody, floral or amber, and one plain sentence about when to wear it. Long lists of raw materials mean little to most readers on their own.
Explain concentration and longevity
Many buyers do not know why an extrait costs more than an eau de toilette. A short guide to perfume oil percentages and typical wear times explains price differences and helps people pick the right strength for day or evening.
Make sampling the first step
Perfume is a risky blind buy. Promote a discovery set or sample vials early in the catalog, and explain how sampling fits your returns policy, since opened bottles usually cannot be returned. Many houses credit the sample price against a full bottle.
Print storage advice
Light, heat and air change a fragrance over time. A care page telling customers to keep bottles boxed or in a cool, dark place with the cap closed protects the scent they paid for and shows that you know your craft.

Questions about this template
Can I list prices in euros or pounds in this perfume catalog template?
Yes. The sample prices are in euros, and a catalog can use any of 28 currencies. If you sell in several countries, create an edition per market, and use the Discount & Tax tool for ex-VAT pricing or a currency multiplier on trade editions.
Is the perfume catalog template free?
The template costs nothing extra: all templates come with every plan, including the $0 Free plan, which needs no card. Free catalogs carry a small watermark, and an account without Shopify can make one free catalog of up to five pages. Paid plans start with Basic at $19.99 a month.
How much space does each fragrance need in a perfume catalog?
More than most products. Each scent needs room for notes, concentration and sizes, so one to four per page works well, with a full feature page for signature or new compositions. Travel sprays, accessories and sample sets can sit in a denser grid.
What is the difference between eau de parfum and extrait de parfum?
Concentration. An eau de parfum typically holds about 15 to 20 percent perfume oil and lasts six to eight hours, while an extrait commonly sits around 20 to 30 percent and stays close to the skin for longer. Figures vary by house, so state your own.
