About this template

About the Shoes Catalog template

This shoe catalog template treats the size run as part of the design. On the front cover a ruler-like scale marked 36 to 41 runs down the edge of a cream panel, beside a cyan photo of legs in pink patent platforms. Chivo headlines and Work Sans text sit on warm off-white pages, cherry red marks numbers and prices, and burgundy fills the band cover's masthead and the back cover's contact panel. Bold color-backdrop photos of boots, mules and pumps fill 15 pages, from contents to a size conversion table.

Each page speaks the language of shoe buying: heel height, upper and lining on the featured boot, runs of six pairs from 36 to 41, custom runs from ten runs up, and pre-order tiers at 10, 25 and 50 runs with a January deadline for March delivery. Import styles with sizes and colors as variants, and white product pages can show variant tables of sizes against colors. Share the wholesale flipbook with its order form, or print the catalog for showroom appointments.

Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Shoes Catalog — Front cover page

A size scale down the cover

A slim ruler marked from 36 to 41 runs down the cream panel of the front cover, with the catalog title and issue number, while a cyan photo of pink platforms fills the rest. The band cover sums up styles, size range and delivery month as three figures.

Shoes Catalog — Size / Spec Guide page

EU, UK and US sizes with foot length

The conversion table lines up EU 36 to 41 with UK and US sizes, foot length in centimeters and pairs per run. Short notes explain how to measure a foot and what to do between sizes, so stores can answer fit questions with confidence.

Shoes Catalog — Featured Product page

A featured boot with every spec

The ivory ankle boot gets a wide photo on red, a line about selling through in five weeks, trade and suggested retail prices, and specs for upper, heel height, sizes, lining and pairs per run. Use it for the style you want every store to carry.

Shoes Catalog — Promo / Sale page

Pre-order tiers by number of runs

Discounts of 5, 8 and 10 percent step up at 10, 25 and 50 runs, with a free window display and priority restocks as extras. A claim box gives the pre-order close date and the March delivery month.

Shoes Catalog — Welcome / About page

An editor's letter that states the terms

The welcome page opens with a large initial and a short letter about brighter colors and hand-lasted shoes, above a wide photo of chunky cream loafers on red. It also states the run of six, the pre-order deadline and the restock rhythm in plain words.

Tips

What boutique buyers need from a wholesale shoe catalog

Publish the run breakdown

Boutiques want to know exactly which sizes come in a run before they commit. Print the standard breakdown, such as one pair each of 36 to 41, and say whether you offer custom runs, half sizes or single pairs on reorders. It prevents the most common order mistake in footwear.

Give heel height in millimeters

Heel height decides who a shoe is for, from a 50 mm block heel for all-day wear to a 100 mm stiletto for evenings. List it on every style together with heel type, upper, lining and sole, so buyers can balance a wall between comfort and statement styles.

Explain fit honestly

Note whether each last runs small, true or large, and whether the style suits wider feet. Fit notes reduce returns for the store and its customers alike, and buyers remember the brands whose sizing they can trust when they plan the next season.

Book pre-orders on the factory calendar

Shoes are usually made in batches booked months ahead. Set pre-order deadlines that leave time for leather, lasts and production, and reward early commitment with tiered discounts. A firm delivery month lets stores plan their windows around your styles.

Show each style from several angles

Buyers judge shoes from the side, the front and the heel. Add a side profile on a plain background next to the styled shot, and show the sole when it is a selling point, such as cork or crepe. Clean angles also help stores list your shoes online.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can stores order complete size runs through the flipbook?

Yes. One approach is to sell each style by the run, so one unit equals six pairs from 36 to 41, and keep sizes as variants for single-pair reorders. Minimum, multiple and maximum quantity rules and a minimum order value keep orders within your terms, and every order arrives by email and in the app.

What pages are in the Shoes Catalog template?

Fifteen, edited as issue Nº 05, The Shoe Edit. Size runs shape it: a cover with a 36 to 41 scale, a conversion table for EU, UK and US sizes with foot length, and a pre-order program priced by the number of runs. Alongside them come a band cover and a poster, a letter from the head of design, contents, a Heels chapter opener, the ivory ankle boot, four bestsellers, ordering, terms, a masthead, a notes page and an Autumn boot issue teaser. Styles follow on white pages.

What is a size run in footwear wholesale?

A size run is a set of pairs of one style covering a range of sizes, sold as one unit. A women's run might hold one pair each of EU 36 to 41, while some brands add extra pairs in the middle sizes. Runs make ordering faster and help stores avoid gaps in their best-selling sizes.

When do boutiques place their footwear orders?

Many stores book spring styles in the previous autumn or early winter and autumn boots in late winter or spring, then reorder bestsellers during the season. Pre-order deadlines must leave the factory enough time to produce, which is why the sample closes pre-orders at the end of January for March delivery.
