About the Trending Products template
This trending products catalog is laid out like a weekly chart. The front cover plots a rising magenta line across eight weeks, with round photo bubbles on the top three products, rank flags from #3 to #1 and a +248% growth figure beside the headline. Near-black pages with a violet cast carry lavender-white Poppins type, magenta progress bars and rank badges, and warm fashion photography of camel coats, leather totes and chunky knits runs through the inside pages.
Use it to send retailers a short, ranked list of what to reorder instead of a full range they have to sift through. Import your fastest movers and each lands on a white product page with photo, SKU, name and trade price; add a variant table for sizes and colors and a rank or sell-through note in the description. Share the wholesale flipbook so buyers reorder on the page, and print the leaderboard for buyer meetings and showroom visits.

- Fashion and accessories wholesalers with weekly sell-through data
- Distributors sending retailers a ranked list of lines to reorder

Pages worth a closer look

Weekly chart cover
A magenta line climbs across weeks 40 to 47, with round product photos and rank flags on the top three and a +248% growth figure next to the headline. It tells a buyer at first glance that this catalog is about momentum, not the full range.

Top-five leaderboard table
This week's top five are listed with SKU, rank, sell-through and trade price, and a note defines sell-through as units sold divided by units received over the last 30 days. Buyers trust a ranking more when the method is printed right beside it.

Weekly ranking rhythm
Four fixed slots structure the buying week: new rankings on Monday morning, a 20-minute buyer call on Tuesday, a Thursday restock cut-off for Monday delivery and a Friday sell-through report comparing each store with the network.

Top-ten reorder promo
"Stock the top 10" offers an extra 10% off trade when a buyer orders any ten HOT-ranked lines, one case each, on one PO with a code. It turns the ranking into an order and spreads stock across your fastest movers.
How to build a trending products catalog buyers trust
Define sell-through and the period
Sell-through is units sold divided by units received, but buyers need the period and the sample to trust it. Print both, for example the last 30 days across all partner stores, and use the same method every week. Changing the measure between issues makes the ranking look arbitrary.
Set a clear rule for hot lines
Decide what earns a hot badge, such as sell-through above 70% in 30 days, and print that rule in the catalog. A visible threshold keeps the label from drifting into marketing and lets buyers compare this week's list with last week's at a glance.
Publish on a fixed day
A ranking is only useful while it is current. Refresh the list on the same day each week, keep the restock cut-off close behind it and show the week number on the cover. Buyers learn when to look and start planning their reorders around your rhythm.
Back every ranked line with stock
Nothing damages trust faster than a top-ten product that is out of stock. Only rank lines you can ship within your normal lead time, and mark low stock clearly. If a line sells out, replace it in the next issue rather than leaving a dead entry on the list.
Show which sizes and colors sell
In fashion, a hot style is often hot in only some sizes and colors. Note the best-selling colorways and size range on each ranked product, so stores reorder the variants that actually move instead of filling shelves with the slow ones.

Questions about this template
What pages come with the trending products catalog template?
Three covers (a weekly chart cover, a hanger-rail band cover and a Top 100 poster) and 12 campaign pages: welcome letter, bags divider, number-one product feature, top reorders, top-ten promo, how to order, trade terms, contact, a framed blank page, back cover, weekly ranking rhythm and a top-five leaderboard. White product pages hold your ranked lines.
Can I update the rankings every week?
Yes. Every rank, figure and week number is editable text, and products imported from Shopify can be synced so prices, stock and photos stay current. Change the page order to match the new ranking, then share the updated flipbook or send a fresh PDF to your accounts.
What is a good sell-through rate in fashion wholesale?
It depends on the category and the period, but many apparel retailers aim to sell 60% to 80% of a style at full price within its season, and this template marks anything above 70% in 30 days as HOT. Compare like with like, since basics, seasonal pieces and accessories move at different speeds.
How many products should a trending catalog include?
Keep it short enough to act on. A top 10 or top 20 per category is easier to reorder from than a full range, while a top 100 works as a longer reference list. Lead with the leaderboard, give the top few a full feature page and show the rest in a 3×3 grid.
