About the Back to Work template
This back to work catalog template is set like a well-planned week. The front cover carries a black top bar, a Barlow headline with “Work.” in amber, and a checklist that ticks off tailoring, outerwear, knitwear, shoes and bags with their style-number ranges. A “Monday.” poster on a desk photo, warm off-white pages, amber numerals and photos of camel coats, trenches and loafers keep the mood crisp and practical.
Back to work is a selling window for fashion stores in August and September, and this catalog is built around booking it early. The sample copy offers 8% off September deliveries booked by July 31, a delivery window of August 25 to September 5, free size-run swaps and five-day reorders. Import styles with their sizes and colors; product cards show the price, size range and MSRP, and variant tables can show each size run. Send the wholesale flipbook in June or July, and print the PDF for showroom appointments.

Pages worth a closer look

Checklist cover with style ranges
Each category gets a ticked box and its style-number range, under a bold headline and beside a desk photo. A line below the checklist gives the delivery dates, so buyers see what the edit covers and when it arrives before they open it.

The September edit with size ranges
Six key styles each show a photo, SKU, size range, MSRP and trade price in amber. Listing sizes such as 0–14, EU 36–41 or XS–XL on the overview page helps a buyer plan the size curve before reading the details.

Early-booking offer
An amber 8%, the line “Book September by July 31,” three short terms and a photo of a dress form make the case for ordering early. Change the dates and the rate to fit your own production calendar.

Booking steps with delivery dates
Four steps run from choosing styles and size runs to booking a delivery window and confirming it, above a photo of hangers on a rail. The account table shows the opening minimum, a minimum per style on reorders, payment and the first delivery date.
How to sell a back to work collection to stores
Book deliveries before summer ends
Stores want back-to-work stock on the floor by late August, so their orders are often placed months ahead, in spring or early summer. Give a clear booking deadline and delivery window, and reward early bookings with a small discount or a guaranteed delivery slot.
Show full size runs and fit notes
Workwear sells on fit. List every size per style, add a fit note such as relaxed or tailored, and refer to a size chart. Suggest a starter size curve for new accounts, weighted toward the middle sizes, so a buyer does not overbuy the extremes.
Sell outfits, not just pieces
Show how a suit, a knit, a coat and a bag work together. Buyers plan displays and window outfits, and a styled lookbook hands them a ready-made story. Link related pieces with an “Also in this range” strip on feature pages to encourage complete orders.
List fabric and care details
Work clothes are worn five days a week, so buyers ask about fabric composition, weight, washability and wrinkle resistance. Put composition and care in each product description. For bags, name the leather type and say whether a 13- or 15-inch laptop fits.

Questions about this template
What does the Back to Work template include?
Fifteen pages: a checklist cover, a band cover with a street photo and contents, a “Monday.” poster, a creative director's welcome with delivery figures, contents, an outerwear divider, a featured tote with specs, the September edit with size ranges, an early-booking offer, booking steps, trade terms, a showroom contact page, a framed blank page, a charcoal back cover and a styled lookbook.
Can buyers see every size and color before they order?
Yes. Product pages can show variant tables of sizes by colors, so a buyer sees every option for a style in one place, and the wholesale flipbook includes an order form. Set minimum, multiple or maximum quantities, for example four per style, and orders arrive by email and in the app.
When should workwear brands send a back to work catalog?
Send it in late spring or early summer, with a booking deadline in July and delivery in the second half of August. That gives stores time to receive and merchandise the edit before customers return from summer vacations and shop for the new season.
What sells in a back to work collection?
Versatile pieces that work five days a week: soft tailoring, a good coat or trench, knitwear, comfortable leather shoes and a bag that fits a laptop. Neutral colors and pieces that mix tend to sell through steadily, while statement items are usually bought in smaller quantities.
