About this template

About the Clean Catalog template

Every page of this clean catalog template stays light and open. The front cover lays a rounded white card over a full-bleed bouquet photo, with the title and three trade terms: minimum, payment and dispatch. Raleway headings, Nunito Sans text, sage-green numerals, soft gray-white pages and a deep slate offer block frame photos of peonies, pampas, pressed violas and a greenhouse. A “Pressed.” poster sets one word in large sage type above a gilded pressed sprig and flower.

The sample copy speaks to florists and stores who reorder every week: dried stems that last a year, fresh bunches ordered by Monday noon for Wednesday delivery, 10% off standing orders and paper-only packing. Replace it with your own schedule and products. Import stems and vessels from Shopify or a CSV file and they appear on clean product pages with rounded cards. Share the wholesale flipbook each week, with minimum or multiple quantities set for bunches.

Clean Catalog — Front cover page

Photo cover with trade terms on a card

A full-bleed bouquet photo carries a rounded white card with the catalog name and three bullet terms: a $200 minimum, Net 30 and two-day shipping. Buyers learn the essentials before they open it, which suits a list that goes out often.

Single-word poster cover

One word, “Pressed.”, in large sage type sits above a photo of a gilded pressed sprig and flower on a white card. Use it as a section opener or as the cover of a dried or pressed range, changing the word to suit.

Clean Catalog — Welcome / About page

Grower's welcome with key logistics

A photo of gloved hands potting plants heads a short letter from the grower, followed by three figures that matter to florists: twelve months of shelf life on dried stems, a Monday noon cut-off and overnight delivery in water.

Standing-order offer

Pressed leaves and flowers top a deep slate block offering 10% off weekly or every-other-week standing orders, with the option to change stems or skip a week before the cut-off. It turns occasional buyers into regular ones.

Tips

What to include in a wholesale flower catalog

List stems per bunch and stem length

Florists price their work by the stem, so show how many stems are in each bunch, the stem length in centimeters or inches, and head size where it matters. For dried flowers, add the color, whether it is natural or dyed, and how long the stems keep.

Publish your cut-off and delivery days

Fresh flowers run on a weekly rhythm. Give the order cut-off, the day you confirm the harvest and the delivery day, and repeat them on the cover or welcome page. Fixed days let a florist plan weddings and events around your schedule.

Mark seasonality honestly

Peonies, tulips and many garden flowers have short seasons. Label each fresh variety with its months of availability and suggest substitutes for when it ends. Dried stems sell all year, so say so; they help florists and shops fill the gaps between seasons.

Explain care and packaging

Tell buyers how stems arrive, in water or dry-packed, and how to condition them on arrival. Note vase life for fresh flowers and shelf life for dried ones. If your packing is plastic-free, mention it, since many shops now ask suppliers about packaging.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I update prices and availability every week?

Yes. Edit any product or page when stock changes, and if you sell on Shopify, Sync updates prices, stock and photos from your store. Share the wholesale flipbook with an optional password so only trade buyers can see your prices, and orders arrive by email and in the app.

Which pages does the Clean Catalog template have?

There are fifteen: a bouquet photo cover with a terms card, a band cover with dried pampas, a “Pressed.” poster, a grower's welcome, contents, a fresh bunches divider, a featured dried arrangement, florists' favorites, a standing-order offer, how to order, trade terms, a farm studio contact page, a framed blank page, a back cover and a pressed-and-dried lookbook.

How often should a flower wholesaler send an availability list?

Weekly for fresh flowers, because harvests and prices change with the weather and the season. Dried stems and vessels change more slowly, so a monthly or seasonal catalog is enough for them. Many growers send a short weekly list and keep the full catalog for new accounts.

What does a clean catalog design look like?

Plenty of white or light gray space, one accent color, simple sans-serif type, a strict grid and photos taken in similar light. Text is short and aligned the same way on every page. The result reads quickly, which is why clean layouts suit catalogs that buyers check often.
