About this template

About the Spring Sale template

This spring sale catalog template opens on a photo of white blossoms against pink and mustard blocks, with a pink flower-shaped badge for the discount. Spring is set in rounded Shrikhand in deep green with SALE in pink, and Quicksand keeps the body copy light. Pink starburst and round badges mark the savings inside, and the palette of cream, deep green, pink and butter yellow suits stems and planters as easily as spring fashion or garden tools.

The sample copy follows a fictional flower grower offering florists up to 30% off stems, dried flowers and planters from March 17 to April 13, with weekly standing-order boxes and chilled deliveries twice a week. Replace it with your own season: import products from Shopify or a CSV, list stem counts and box sizes in the descriptions, and share the wholesale flipbook so shops can order before the Easter and Mother's Day rush.

Best for

  • Flower growers and wholesalers selling to florists in March and April
  • Garden centers and plant suppliers opening the spring season
  • Standing-order programs with weekly boxes at a locked price
  • Mother's Day and Easter pre-order campaigns
  • Any supplier running a four-week spring trade sale
Highlights

Pages worth a closer look

Spring Sale — Size / Spec Guide page

Weekly standing-order boxes

A table offers small, medium, large and event boxes, from 100 stems up to custom orders of 1,000 or more, at 15% to 30% off trade, with delivery days and a skip-any-week note. It turns one-off sale orders into a season of repeat business.

Spring calendar with Mother's Day

Three calendar cards show the sale opening, the close of Mother's Day pre-orders and the last deliveries at sale prices, above a tulip photo with a 28-days sticker. Florists plan around holidays, so the page leads with the dates of their busiest weeks.

Spring Sale — Promo / Sale page

Early-bloom bonus for standing orders

An extra 5% for standing orders of four weeks or more booked in the first week, set in a butter-yellow starburst on deep green. It rewards buyers who commit early, which helps you plan picking, packing and cold-chain capacity.

Tips

What to include in a spring sale catalog for trade buyers

Send it before the season starts

Retail buyers plan spring in winter. Send the catalog two to three weeks before the sale opens so florists and shops can book standing orders and plan displays for Easter and Mother's Day, then follow up a week before the last order date.

List stem counts and box sizes

Florists price by the stem. List stems per bunch, bunches per box, stem length and expected vase life next to the trade price, so a buyer can work out the cost of an arrangement without calling you first.

Turn sale orders into standing orders

A standing order for the season is worth more than a single sale. Offer weekly boxes at a fixed spring price, let buyers skip a week with notice, and add a small extra discount for committing early.

Be specific about delivery and freshness

For perishables, delivery days, order cut-off times, cold-chain handling and a claims window for damaged stock matter as much as price. Put them on the terms page so first-time buyers trust you with their busiest weeks.

FAQ

Questions about this template

Can I change the pink and green colors of the Spring Sale template?

Yes. Every color, font and photo is editable. Pick new colors for headlines, badges and backgrounds, choose from 112 Google Fonts and 7 system fonts, and replace any picture with your own or a free stock photo. Style the product pages once and apply that look to the whole catalog.

Which pages are in the Spring Sale template?

Fifteen: a blossom photo cover, a band cover and a poster cover with dates and minimum order, a note for stockists, a fresh-stems collection divider, deal of the season, best sellers, an early-bloom promo, a spring calendar, standing-order boxes, how to order, terms for florists, a grower contact page, a notes page and a back cover.

How far ahead do florists order for Mother's Day?

Many florists book Mother's Day flowers two to four weeks ahead, and growers often close pre-orders earlier for popular stems such as peonies and roses. The date differs by country: the UK celebrates in March, while the US and many other countries celebrate in May, so check your buyers' calendar.

What should a wholesale spring flower catalog include?

Prices per stem and per box, stem counts, delivery days and cut-off times, standing-order options, key holiday dates and your claims policy for damaged stock. Add photos of bunches as they arrive, not only finished arrangements, so buyers know exactly what they will unpack.
