About the Jewelry Catalog template
This fine jewelry catalog template sets cream and gold type on deep bottle-green pages, with Rozha One headlines, Karla text and a diamond motif that becomes the main photo frame on the front cover: a tilted square holding a hand in gold rings, with the four categories set beside its side corners. Inside, circular photo insets, Roman numerals and thin gold rules run through 16 pages, and the product pages keep the dark green ground so stones and metal stand out.
The pages answer what a stockist asks before taking on fine jewelry: metal and stone details for the featured solitaire, ring sizes stocked and made to order, insured delivery, payment terms and a bridal allocation with a February deadline. Import pieces from Shopify with ring sizes as variants: product cards show the reference and price, and can add Shopify metafields such as carat weight. Print a CMYK copy for trunk shows, and let partners order through the wholesale flipbook with a minimum order value.
Best for
- Fine jewelers selling solid gold and diamond pieces to independent stockists
- Bridal and engagement collections with an allocation deadline
- Ateliers that make rings to order outside their stocked size range
- Jewelry brands that want deep green and gold instead of black
- Appointment-only trade catalogs for jewelry buyers and department stores
Pages worth a closer look

A diamond-shaped frame on deep green
The front cover turns the diamond motif into a large tilted photo frame around a hand wearing gold rings, with the category names beside its side corners and a bold serif title below. The band cover shows a gold serpent hoop on black, and the poster cover an oval diamond ring.

A solitaire with every spec buyers check
The featured page centers one ring in a circular photo then gives the trade price, with retail and allocation on request beneath it, above three columns for stone, metal and stocked sizes. Use it for an engagement ring, a signature necklace or the piece every partner should carry.

Ring sizes in four systems
The size table converts UK letters to US and EU sizes and inner diameter in millimeters, and marks which sizes are stocked and which are made to order. An at-a-glance box adds the made-to-order lead time and the resizing service.

A bridal allocation with firm dates
The offer page gives a bridal discount for orders confirmed by a set date, then lists the confirm-by date, complimentary engraving and the first delivery date in three rows. Buyers can plan the spring wedding season from a single page.

A bridal trunk show invitation
A one-day trunk show page gives the date, hours and place, a short line about loose stones and the setters' bench, and the RSVP address. Rewrite it for an in-store event or an appointment-only viewing at your own studio.
What to include in a fine jewelry wholesale catalog
Give metal purity and stone details in full
Buyers need the metal and its purity, such as 18k gold at 75 percent gold, plus stone type, cut, carat weight and, for diamonds, color and clarity grades when you have them. Add the weight in grams for gold pieces. Precise details justify the price and help stores answer customers accurately.
Publish the sizes you stock and your lead time
Ring sizing is the most common reason a fine jewelry order stalls. State which sizes are held in stock, which are made to order and how long that takes, and include a conversion table, because UK letters, US numbers and EU sizes all turn up in customer requests.
Plan bridal around the engagement season
Many engagements happen between December and February, and weddings follow from late spring. Confirm bridal orders by late winter so pieces are in store by March, and offer engraving or custom sizing as the reason to commit early, as the sample bridal allocation does.
Show every piece at true scale
Close-up photos make a 4 mm stud and a 10 mm stud look alike. Give dimensions in millimeters and chain lengths in centimeters and inches, and include at least one photo on a hand, ear or neck, so buyers can judge proportion before the parcel arrives.
Explain insured shipping and returns
Fine jewelry must travel insured and signed for. Say how long delivery takes, how transit damage is reported and whether made-to-order pieces can be returned. Clear terms let a cautious buyer approve a first order without needing a phone call first.

Questions about this template
Can I show ring sizes and metal colors for each piece?
Yes. Products can carry variants, and product pages can show a variant table of sizes against colors, which suits ring sizes in yellow, white and rose gold. The description or Shopify metafields can hold carat weight and stone details next to SKU and barcode fields, and the ring size guide page stays fully editable.
Which pages are included in the Jewelry Catalog template?
Sixteen designed pages: three covers, a letter from the bench, a collection divider, a featured piece, an icons page of best sellers, a bridal offer, ordering and reservations, stockist terms, an atelier contact page, a brand story, a ring size guide, a trunk show invitation, a framed blank page and a back cover. Deep green product pages hold your collections.
What should a fine jewelry line sheet show for each piece?
A reference code, a clear photo, metal and purity, stone type and carat weight, dimensions or chain length, available sizes, the lead time for made-to-order pieces, and trade and suggested retail prices. Group pieces by category, such as rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, so buyers can plan a balanced display case.
When should bridal jewelry be in stores?
Aim to have bridal pieces delivered by early spring. Engagement buying rises around the winter holidays and Valentine's Day, and couples shop for wedding bands in the months before late-spring and summer weddings. That is why the sample asks for bridal orders by the end of February with delivery from mid-March.
