About the New Year Collection template
This New Year catalog template works in black, ivory and champagne gold, with Cinzel capitals over clean Montserrat text. The front cover tops its title with a three-photo mosaic of gold sequins and champagne glasses, marked by a round black seal. The poster cover shows two glasses raised in a toast above a gold block spelling SHINE. Clipped-corner photo frames recur on the welcome, best-seller and ordering pages, while the offer page and back cover turn fully black.
The placeholder copy belongs to a fictional atelier making recycled-gold rings, hoops and fine chains, timed for January, when customers spend gift cards and treat themselves. Your own pieces flow onto white product pages with photo, SKU and trade price, and variant tables can list ring sizes by metal color. Share the wholesale flipbook before the December order date, and print the lookbook pages at up to 300 DPI, in CMYK with bleed, for atelier visits and trade shows.
Best for
- Fine jewelry brands launching a collection in the first week of January
- Gold and pearl jewelry wholesalers selling to independent jewelers
- Jewelry makers who include counter trays or displays with opening orders
- Accessories labels planning a gift-card season collection
- Atelier visits and January trade shows with a printed lookbook
Pages worth a closer look

Toast-and-SHINE poster cover
Two champagne glasses meet in a toast against a frosted tree, and the lower half turns into a solid gold block with SHINE in Cinzel capitals. A small black seal reads Wholesale 2027, and one line sums up the collection before the order date.

Featured bangle stack with trade and retail price
A close photo of filigree bangles tops the page. Below it, the $68 trade price sits over a small line with the $145 recommended retail price and two sets per size, next to three details: recycled 14k gold vermeil, sizes S, M and L, and a keepsake box with a care card.

New Year launch dates
Three tiles under a photo of gold bangles set the plan: December 10 is the last order date for first-week January delivery, the collection launches in store and online on January 6, and the opening-order discount ends January 31.

Insured trade pricing and packs per size
Four bands start at $600 with 4% off and $35 insured freight, and from $1,000 insured freight is included; the top band gives 12% and Net 45 from $5,000. Packs are listed as two rings per size, two pairs of earrings per style, two necklaces per length and a counter tray per ten styles.
What to put in a New Year jewelry catalog
Describe metal, purity and plating precisely
Jewelry buyers read metal descriptions closely, because terms carry legal meaning. Say 14k solid gold, gold vermeil or gold-plated, and give the base metal. In the US, vermeil should mean sterling silver with a gold layer of at least 10 karat and 2.5 microns, so state the thickness if you use the word.
Give sizes in the units buyers use
List ring sizes with half sizes if you make them, chain lengths in both inches and centimeters, and drop length for earrings. Note clasp and closure types, since customers ask about them at the counter. Variant tables keep size and metal options on one line instead of repeating the same photo.
Launch when gift cards are being spent
The first weeks of January bring gift-card spending and self-purchase, and jewelers need fresh stock after the holidays. Take orders by mid-December, while store teams can still plan, and deliver in the first week of January, as the sample plans with December 10 and January 6.
Ship insured and spell out who carries the risk
Fine jewelry should travel insured with a signature on delivery. State the freight charge, when insurance is included, how damage or loss is reported and when ownership passes to the store. The sample charges $35 for insured freight on small orders and includes it from $1,000.
Help the counter sell the piece
Displays, care cards and gift boxes make a new collection easier to place in a crowded case. Offer a counter tray with opening orders, as the sample does, and include care instructions for plated pieces. A store that can present the collection well is more likely to reorder it.

Questions about this template
What pages does the New Year Collection template include?
Sixteen in total. Three covers (a photo mosaic, a black band cover and the SHINE poster) open a welcome letter, an earrings divider, a featured bangle stack, best sellers, an 8% trade offer, ordering steps, trade terms, a contact page with a QR code, a framed blank, a black back cover, a lookbook, a launch calendar and insured trade pricing. Product pages come from your own jewelry.
Can I show ring sizes and metal colors in this template?
Yes. Each product card can carry a variant table of ring sizes by metal color, so yellow, rose and white gold sit in one compact grid instead of three separate cards. Add SKU, barcode or a short description where buyers need them, and style one card before applying it to the whole catalog.
What jewelry sells in stores in January?
Self-purchase pieces at accessible prices, such as stud earrings, fine chains and stacking rings, sell as customers redeem gift cards and treat themselves. Birthstone jewelry for January (garnet) and February (amethyst), plus early Valentine's gifting, carry stores into February. Keep sizes and colors broad, since gift-card shoppers choose for themselves.
How should fine jewelry prices be shown to wholesale buyers?
Show the wholesale price next to a suggested retail price so a jeweler sees the margin straight away, and add a price-valid-until date, because gold prices move. Keep packs small for fine pieces, such as two per size, and explain any metal surcharge policy on the terms page rather than on each product.
