About the Promotional Products Premium template
Built like a press proof, this promotional products catalog template frames real product photography with crop marks, registration targets, a dashed “your logo here” imprint box and a magenta approved stamp. The palette is warm off-white, deep indigo and soft lavender; Poppins sets the headlines and IBM Plex Mono handles SKUs, imprint sizes and small labels. Seven covers, from a canvas tote with a 10 × 12 in print area to a sticker-style “Swag that sticks” front, open onto 20 designed pages.
Use it to give agencies, resellers and event planners one place to check blanks, imprint areas, minimums and setup fees before they ask for a quote. Import your blanks from Shopify by collection, or upload a CSV, and they flow onto the white product pages automatically, with category, imprint size, MOQ, SKU and price on each card; variant tables for apparel sizes and colors can be added. Share it as a wholesale flipbook with an order form and minimum quantities, or export a CMYK PDF with bleed for trade show tables.

Pages worth a closer look

Imprint and price guide
A spec sheet with a tee diagram for the 12 × 14 in front and 4 × 4 in left chest, cards for four decoration methods, an imprint-area table with MOQs and a price-break grid from 50 to 1,000 pieces. Buyers can price a job without calling.

Featured blank with specs and price grid
One product fills the page: the sample canvas tote shows its trade price at 500 pieces, the maximum imprint drawn on the photo, a specification list from material to case pack, and price breaks for one color, two colors and full color. Give it to the blank you most want to push.

Five steps from blank to boxed
Numbered steps cover picking blanks, sending vector artwork, approving a free virtual proof, decoration and shipping, including blind shipping to the end client. A strip underneath repeats the minimum, the setup fee and the rush option, the three things new buyers ask first.

Best sellers ranked by reorders
Four numbered photo cards pair each top item with its SKU, range, imprint size and minimum, priced per piece at 500 for one color in one position. Put your own most-reordered blanks here so first-time buyers start with proven picks.
What to include in a promotional products catalog
Give imprint areas for every position
Logos are sized to the decoration area, so list width and height for each position: full front, left chest, mug wrap, pen barrel, notebook cover. Add the method beside each one, because an embroidered cap front and a screen-printed tote panel accept very different detail and color counts.
Quote price breaks the way distributors compare them
Show per-piece prices at fixed steps such as 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000, and say what the price includes, usually one color in one position. List setup, extra colors, extra positions and rush charges separately, so a distributor can rebuild your price inside their own client quote.
Match each decoration method to the material
Screen print suits cotton tees and canvas totes, embroidery suits caps, polos and fleece, laser engraving suits steel, wood, glass and leather, and full-color transfer handles photos and gradients. Grouping blanks by method keeps buyers from requesting a six-color logo on an item that only takes one tone.
Spell out artwork, proofs and production time
State the file types you accept, such as vector files with outlined fonts, how quickly virtual proofs come back, whether a physical sample costs extra, and how many working days production takes after approval. Late artwork is a common reason promo orders miss event dates, so put the timeline in writing.
Publish ahead of event season and year-end gifting
Corporate buyers plan trade show kits months ahead and settle holiday gifts in early fall. Send your new catalog in late summer, put rush options and order-by dates on the promo page, and keep minimums visible so small teams know a short run is possible.

Questions about this template
What pages come with the Promotional Products Premium template?
Seven cover designs and 20 designed pages: welcome, contents, a collection divider, a ready-to-brand lookbook, a featured blank, brand story, team, how to order, best sellers, a free-setup offer, stats, an open press day invitation, testimonials, FAQ, an imprint and price guide, care instructions for decorated goods, contact, trade terms, a notes page and a back cover. Use any of them, in any order.
Can distributors place orders straight from this catalog?
Yes. Share it as a wholesale flipbook with a built-in order form, then set a minimum order value, minimum, multiple and maximum quantities, and up to three volume price tiers. Orders reach you by email and in the app, and each flipbook link has a QR code you can print on show signage or sample bags.
What should a promotional products catalog list for each item?
Item number and name, available colors, the imprint area for each position, the decoration methods it accepts, price breaks by quantity, the minimum order, setup charges and production time. Add case pack and weight for freight and a note on rush service. With all of that on the page, a distributor can quote without a call.
How long does promotional product production usually take?
Most decorated orders take roughly five to ten working days after proof approval, plus transit, and rush service can shorten that to a few days for a fee. Embroidery digitizing, physical samples and custom ink colors add time. Print your standard and rush times in the catalog and ask every buyer for their in-hands date.
